the hotel has an amazing location near metro stations and attractions! it was very convenient, yet quiet. the staff were fantastic. I found them cute and helpful! the breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food, and the free cheese and wine o'clock was a nice touch.
the spa is small and located underground. it can feel a bit limited with only a few people allowed at a time, and the pool felt more like a paddling pool than a proper pool! i did not find it very clean .

The hotel location is fantastic, just steps from the city's heart. i relished the complimentary wine. A bonus , made evenings so special. i also enjoyed the spa access. A serene escape i booked in advance for a daily 30-minute visit.
I found that our room, though beautiful, lacked ample closet space. A small inconvenience given our longer stay.

the hotel enjoys a central spotsteps away from key areas. its position, close to both shopping and cultural spots, created a balanced stay. this location allowed us to discover hidden gems and main attractions equally.

i have just checked out after four nights here. the breakfast was fantastic and the reception staff were lovely. our room was excellent and the wine and cheese at 6.30pm every evening was a nice touch. the rooftop pool and bar area is lovely too.

mixed feelings about this stay
cramped spalimited time
The rooftop pool was smaller than expected, more of a glorified paddling pool really. i also found the spa to be quite cramped. Only a few people can use it at a time, and the time limit of 30 minutes felt rather rushed. it was situated underground, which didn't help the ambiance! the staff were fine, i guess.
